If you are like us, watching fireworks is “must attend” event every 4th of July. Here are a list of places in the Sacramento area to watch fireworks in 2016.
- Auburn Gold Country Fairgrounds – Fireworks display at 9:40pm.
- Carmichael La Sierra Community Center – Starts at 7 pm., featuring food, music, face painting and other activities. Fireworks begin at 9:30 pm.
- El Dorado Hills Town Center – Fireworks and Freedom Concert Sunday July 3rd 7 to 11, fireworks 9:30
- Elk Grove Elk Grove Regional Park – Live entertainment beginning at 6 pm, fireworks display at 9:30 pm. Admission free, parking $10.
- Folsom Folsom Pro Rodeo – Fireworks display at 9pm. Parking $8.
- Galt Galt Market Grounds. Softball and horseshoe tournaments, fireworks display at 9:30 pm.
- Lincoln McBean Park – 7 a.m. Pancake breakfast at Veterans Hall, parade, free swimming at McBean Pool, horseshoe tournament, live music, fireworks display at 9pm.
- Placerville El Dorado County Fairgrounds – 4 p.m. Enjoy live music, kid’s activities, hay mazes, inflatable bounce house, waterslides (with a $5 wristband). Fireworks display when it gets dark.
- Rancho Cordova Hagan Park – Live music, kid’s zone, carnival, food, BMX show, fireworks display at 9:30 pm. Admission $2, parking $10.
- Roseville Placer County Fairgrounds – Gates open at 7 pm., fireworks display at 9:30 pm.
- Sacramento Cal Expo – Doors open to the Racetrack Grandstand at 5 pm., fireworks display at 9:30 pm. Parking $10.
- West Sacramento Raley Field Fourth on the Field celebration begins at 6 pm., includes food trucks, music and games. Fireworks display at 9:30 pm.
